About Me

Hélène Lambret: Mindful Listener & Holistic Guide

Passionate about timeless beauty and natural radiance.

She holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication and has over five years of experience in client relationships and negotiations for various companies in Switzerland.

Her passion lies in human interactions, mindfulness, beauty and personal development.

To master her communication skills, she pursued theater performances, improvisation courses, and a screen acting diploma. She has also delivered weekly speeches at Toastmasters at London Business School and holds a certification in Public Speaking from the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama.

For seven years, she has practiced meditation and studied “Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction” and health coaching at CNM. She further expanded her holistic approach with 200 hours of yoga teacher training and dedicated time to intimate retreats to enrich her work with clients.

In recent years, she founded her own business, developed a 12-week coaching experience, organized day retreats, and created various private events focused on fostering deeper, more intimate connections.

What to Expect in a Session

Our sessions last 45 minutes, beginning with a calming breathing exercise and meditation to help us both ground ourselves. From there, I encourage you to express what’s on your mind or in your heart. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, angry, sad, or joyful, this is your time to be fully yourself—without fear of judgment, without holding back.

At the end of the session, we’ll close with a self-care practice. I believe in the power of touch, and I’ll guide you through a soothing self-touch exercise—a simple yet powerful remedy to nurture love and support for yourself.

We will conclude each session with a thought-provoking question, allowing you to reflect on your way home. After truly listening to your words, I'll leave you with one or two questions designed to inspire deeper reflection and encourage journaling for continued self-exploration.
