What to Expect in a Talk Therapy Session with Hélène
Our talk therapy sessions are 45 minutes long, starting with a gentle breathing exercise and meditation to help us both feel centered and present. From there, you are encouraged to share whatever is on your mind or in your heart. Whether you’re experiencing stress, anger, sadness, or joy, this is your space to be completely yourself—free from judgment and without hesitation.
To close the session, we’ll engage in a self-care practice. Believing in the healing power of touch, I will guide you through a comforting self-touch exercise—an easy yet impactful way to cultivate self-love and inner support.
Each talk therapy session will end with a thought-provoking question, giving you something meaningful to reflect on as you go about your day. After deeply listening to you, I will offer one or two questions designed to spark introspection and encourage journaling, fostering continued self-discovery beyond our time together.
