What to Expect in a Session:

  • Our sessions last 45 minutes, beginning with a calming breathing exercise and meditation to help us both ground ourselves. From there, I encourage you to express what’s on your mind or in your heart. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, angry, sad, or joyful, this is your time to be fully yourself—without fear of judgment, without holding back.

  • At the end of the session, we’ll close with a self-care practice. I believe in the power of touch, and I’ll guide you through a soothing self-touch exercise—a simple yet powerful remedy to nurture love and support for yourself.

  • We will conclude each session with a thought-provoking question, allowing you to reflect on your way home. After truly listening to your words, I'll leave you with one or two questions designed to inspire deeper reflection and encourage journaling for continued self-exploration.
